Roofing jobs we hire for
We are always looking for people who take pride in their work and want to build something. Current, open roles across our offices include:
- Sales representatives
- Quality control specialists, diagnosing and fixing common roof issues
- Foremen, running daily production
What we look for
Skills can be taught. Character cannot. We hire for integrity, work ethic, and a willingness to “never settle.” Roofing experience is a plus, but it is not a requirement. If you have done physical work outdoors, served in the military, worked in construction, or simply want a trade career you can take pride in, we want to talk to you. Our values show up in who we hire, and how we treat each other every day.
Where we hire
We hire across all nine of our local offices in Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Missouri, and Wyoming, including Manhattan, Topeka, Salina, Olathe, Lincoln, Omaha, Denver, Estes Park, and Jackson Hole. Field roles work primarily within driving distance of one branch. Office and leadership roles are typically based at one of our local branches but may occasionally travel between offices.
